Burly

A little over a year ago, at 9 months of age and very timid, Burly and his sister Siren came to us after they were rescued by a very kind woman who saw that they were chained to a tree. She inquired about them for some time before she was told that they were to be butchered for food.

Since he has been at Terra, Burly has learned that no harm will come to him, and he has become more social and curious around humans. He enjoys belly rubs, listening to poetry and watermelon.

Burly and his sister are eagerly awaiting the new grasses coming to life in the yard, where they will enjoy munching, playing in the sun, and being the beautiful creatures they are, today, and for all their springs to come.
